Terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or join a Yoga with Latu class, run by Yoga with Latu (yogawithlatu), an online yoga studio based in Jalpan Sharki, Phogan, Rajasthan ("we", "us"). By booking a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who can join
- Group batches are for women aged 18 and above.
- You need a phone or computer with a camera, and an internet connection good enough for a video call.
2. Your health
- This program is for general fitness and is not a substitute for medical treatment of any illness. Results can differ from person to person, and we do not promise any particular result.
- If you have a medical condition, recent surgery or injury, or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before you start. Our batches are not designed for pregnancy.
- Fill in the health form honestly and tell us on WhatsApp if anything about your health changes. We plan your practice based on what you tell us.
- Practise only within your comfort. If you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness, stop and tell us. Choose a safe space with a non-slip mat and nothing around you that you could hit.
- You join the classes by your own choice and take responsibility for your own wellbeing while you practise.
3. Free trial
Your first 3 days of classes in a live batch are free and need no payment. You continue only if you like it. One free trial per person.
4. Plans and fees
- The plans and prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees. No GST is charged at present.
- Fees are paid in advance, before the batch or month starts, by UPI or card.
- We may change our prices for future plans. A price you have already paid for does not change during that plan.
- A plan is for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Fees are not refundable once paid; see our Refund Policy.
5. Classes and schedule
- Group classes are live, Monday to Friday, on Zoom or Google Meet, at the batch time you choose.
- If you miss a class you will be sent its recording. Missed classes cannot be carried forward to a later week or plan, and are not refunded.
- Personal sessions can be rescheduled if you tell us at least 12 hours before. A session missed without notice counts as taken.
- If we have to cancel a class, we will tell you on WhatsApp and give you an extra class or a recording in its place.
6. Batch rules
- Batches are for women only, with a maximum of 12 students.
- Keep your camera on during class so your asanas can be corrected.
- Respect the privacy of other students. Do not record, screenshot or share any class or anyone in it.
- Be kind and respectful to Latika and to everyone in the batch.
- Join on time. Entry may be closed 10 minutes after class starts, for everyone's focus and safety.
- Keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking to Latika.
- Wear comfortable clothes, keep water nearby, and practise on an empty stomach or 2 to 3 hours after a meal.
- Set up your camera so your whole body is visible on the mat, in a well-lit space.
- Do not share the class link or your login with anyone else.
If someone breaks these rules, we may remove them from the batch after a warning, or straight away in serious cases such as harassment. Our Refund Policy applies in that case.
7. Our content
The classes, recordings, routines, diet tips and everything on this website belong to Yoga with Latu. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold or taught to others without our written permission.
8. Our responsibility
We teach with care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any injury, illness or loss that results from not following these terms, from health information you did not share with us, or from problems with your internet, device, Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp. In any case our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us for the current plan.
9. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please message us on WhatsApp first and we will try to sort it out. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts of Rajasthan.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Important changes will also be shared with current students on WhatsApp. For any question, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
