Live Online Yoga Classes from India for Women in the USA and Canada (Timings Guide)

If you live in the USA or Canada and want a yoga class in Hindi, with an Indian teacher who understands your food, your festivals and your family's routine, the first worry is usually the time difference. The good news is that India's early-morning batch falls in your evening, after work and after dinner prep.
Here are the exact times for every time zone, which days the classes fall on for you, and what you need to join.
Your class time in the USA and Canada
Our morning batch runs from 6:00 to 6:50 am India time (IST), Monday to Friday. India never changes its clocks, but the USA and Canada do, so your class time moves by one hour twice a year.
From the first Sunday of November to the second Sunday of March (standard time):
- Eastern (New York, Toronto): 7:30 to 8:20 pm
- Central (Chicago, Winnipeg): 6:30 to 7:20 pm
- Mountain (Denver, Calgary): 5:30 to 6:20 pm
- Pacific (Los Angeles, Vancouver): 4:30 to 5:20 pm
From the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November (daylight time):
- Eastern (New York, Toronto): 8:30 to 9:20 pm
- Central (Chicago, Winnipeg): 7:30 to 8:20 pm
- Mountain (Denver, Calgary): 6:30 to 7:20 pm
- Pacific (Los Angeles, Vancouver): 5:30 to 6:20 pm
The class itself never moves: it is always at 6:00 am in India. Only your local clock changes. The WhatsApp reminder 15 minutes before class helps in the weeks after the change.
Your class days are Sunday to Thursday
Because India is ahead of North America, Monday's 6 am class in India happens on Sunday evening for you. So the batch runs Sunday to Thursday evenings in the USA and Canada, and your Friday and Saturday evenings stay free.
What about the evening batch?
Our evening batch, from 6:00 to 6:50 pm India time, is opening soon. In North America it falls in your morning: 7:30 am Eastern in winter (8:30 am in summer), and 4:30 am Pacific in winter (5:30 am in summer). It suits early risers on the East Coast. If you'd like a seat, join the waitlist on WhatsApp and we'll message you when it opens.
Want a time of your own?
Personal 1:1 classes with Latika run at fixed slots in India: 5:00 am, 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm IST. The 5:00 am slot falls the evening before in North America, for example 6:30 pm Eastern in winter. Ask on WhatsApp which slot works for your city.
Why women abroad choose a live class from India
- The class is taught in Hindi, the language many of us still think in.
- The batch is women only, and the teacher is a woman too.
- A maximum of 12 women per batch, cameras on, so Latika can correct your posture by name.
- Latika holds an MA in Yoga, is NET qualified and is a national gold medalist.
- Every class is live, at a fixed time, so it becomes a habit rather than a video you'll watch "tomorrow".
Fees in US dollars
- 12-week program: $129
- Monthly group batch: $49 per month
- Personal 1:1 classes: from $149
There is no auto-debit and nothing renews on its own. Ask on WhatsApp how to pay from your country.
